What is Aida Platform?
Aida Platform is a cloud web application for multi-site building operations. You use it in a browser — you do not install the platform on your own servers.
Each physical location runs one or more Aida Controllers on the building network. Controllers own facility structure, live control, commissioning, and automation. The platform connects those controllers so you can manage sites, assign licenses, view facility snapshots, run AI agents, and chat with the Assistant.

What you do in the platform

| Agents | View energy, comfort, and maintenance monitors and recommendations |
| Integrations | Connect systems such as Webex, Splunk, and Cisco Spaces at the site level |
Live device control and facility editing happen on the controller (locally or via remote access from the platform). The platform observes, organizes, licenses, and provides intelligence — it is not a second facility editor.
