Create an account

Aida Platform is a hosted web application. Create an account in the browser — there is nothing to install for the platform itself.

Sign up​

  1. Open the Aida Platform sign-in page and choose Sign Up (or go directly to /signup).
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and a password (minimum 12 characters).
  3. Submit the form. You are sent to Verify email.

Verify your email​

  1. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code (or open the link in the email if it includes the code).
  2. Enter the code on the verification page. You can resend a code if needed (cooldown applies).
  3. After verification, go to Sign In and sign in with your email (or username) and password.

Optional multi-factor authentication (MFA) may be required for some roles or policies. Follow the on-screen prompt when challenged.

After you sign in​

  • If you already belong to a site, open Dashboard or Sites to continue.
  • If you have no sites yet, an account manager or admin must create a site (or invite you). See Quick start.
  • Install work for on-site hardware is covered under provision controller install in the quick start — that installs the controller, not the platform.

Password and profile​

Use Settings to update your profile and change your password after you are signed in.
