Monitors
Monitors surface scored intelligence for the facility — energy, comfort, maintenance, occupancy, and levels. Scores are computed from polled state and events on the controller and can roll up to Aida Platform Agents and Assistant.
The Monitors sidebar section is available when your license includes AI monitors (typically Pro / Trial). Enable the AI Monitors module under Modules when required.
Monitor kinds
| Monitor | What operators see |
|---|---|
| Energy | Savings / efficiency-oriented score and breakdown |
| Comfort | Comfort factors vs targets for the selected scope |
| Maintenance | Findings and health-oriented score |
| Occupancy | Utilization-style occupancy insight |
| Levels | Observed levels vs targets (ties to Target Level Monitor support) |
Each page offers scope selection (floor → zone → group → device as available), a live score (0–100), history / sparkline, and breakdown panels.
How monitors behave
- Monitors observe; they do not replace device polling or take over live control by themselves.
- Minute samples roll into longer averages (for example 15-minute) for gauges and Platform agents.
- Dashboard cards link into the same monitor pages when the module is licensed and enabled.
Tune aggressiveness and related policy from Platform Agents → Settings when connected; edge modules and automation still execute locally.
